I dont understand all this attempting and planning sentences. Who the fuck cares if you didnt do anything harmful to anybody, you can plan how to become master of the universe, but until you start genociding all other living things, you have done no harm so your only crime was thoughtcrime.
Technically you can talk about it but once you take action or start to get too specific then it becomes illegal.
