It's like everything it started out well intentioned then the niggers had to get union protection because equality and now they waste resources saving idiots jobs. Part of the reason i never joined another union because i was forced to protect people's jobs that made every worker look bad. Basically i guess I'm saying it's unions today protect incompetent workers
