My experience has been ( not to slight the Black man) they are easily trained to perform the same function over and over. Say, putting pickles in jars, they can do it over and over, give them a task they are not familiar with and they crawl back in their shell. they rebel and try to keep doing it the way they were trained. they don't perform well with spontaneity. being a pilot requires adapting to a given crisis. they don't do well . we all have our talents and people who bob and weave find putting pickles in jars monotonous. don't try to put people who are guaranteed to fail in positions you know they will fail. I see it every day. I help them all I can and I become their hero. I save them from shame.
