"Diversity Hires" .. stock plummets (stock, as in their stock (supply) of airplanes will plummet into the ground) .. I think I'll continue with my NOT-United airline.

Then they'll be bailed out and rewarded with grant money for their diversity practices. Flying a non-diverse airline will become incredibly expensive.
Then again... with the way things are going it's going to become inaccessible anyhow: Vaccine passports and bans on carbon emmissions mean you won't be allowed to travel on anything that doesn't run on a battery.
