I understand what you are saying, I drink diet coca cola exclusively and would prefer to find an alternative, I am trying to migrate to water, it's a tough switch . one bottle of water a day is my current detachment. I'll get there but not in one day. addictions are tougher to break, but we must try.
Yes, it's tough to make a new habit and give up liked products and find replacements.
I have a brother that buys carbonated water and searches for different syrups to add to it to be his custom carbonated drink. I haven't seen coca cola for a long time.
It doesn't happen overnight. 20 years of coca cola is a hard habit to ditch, but I'm enthusiastic toward the change because I can't be less white, I'm 100% European white. I can talk like a Nigger but that's about as close as I get. I don't do that convincingly.
I am committed to finding replacements for coca cola. there is an addiction to the product that most are unaware of . when not consumed daily, their is an impeding fog that takes over your brain. the stimulant is missing. I went cold turkey and discovered this. natural and artificial ingredients...... the catch all.
