Luckily, corporate owned stores are in the minority and exist only when stores go bankrupt and get bought out. The majority (60%) were corporate owned in 1995, but the last month of 2019 only 10% of locations are corporate owned and charge $1.72 for the smallest shittiest taco. The value tostada (spicy tostada) becomes a better value at a corporate owned taco bell, but meatless. Somne employees have a heavy hand and make a 1 dollar spicy tostada almost as heavy as the double weight version called Double Tostada ($1.59).
