Suppose the two-year old was one day before turning three. I cannot conceive of a three-year old taking interest in talking to an old negro, or any old person for that matter. In first grade when I was four, I recall getting my address slightly wrong when requested. This kid isn't even in kindergarten. Also, what app or website was this toddler using? Too many things seem fake about this story.

This sicko isn't talking directly to the toddler, dummy. The article doesn't give details, but all of these cases involve the pervert talking to a parent willing to prostitute their own children. Because he got caught before he did anything, it's super likely he was talking to an FBI agent pretending to be the parent.
