I'm sure plenty of whores on OnlyFans do use it to sell prostitution and or traveling across state lines for sex. Though that's pretty openly done on Insta, Twitter, etc too, with only the bare bones effort to "disguise" what they're doing. I don't approve, but you can't really legislate morality. If the feds could do worthwhile things like keep worthless brown people out that seems like a better use of their effort.
