When did I say that? Here's what I actually said:
I'm not saying this is just. I am just trying to clarify the situation and explain how they justified his arrest. It's 100% legal to arrest a felon who has a gun. You become a felon, you lose 2A rights- this is bullshit, of course, but fuck the Constitution, we live by the Clownstitution.
I AM NOT SAYING THIS IS JUST. WE DO NOT LIVE BY THE CONSTITUTION BECAUSE WE ARE RULED OVER BY CLOWNS. Can I be any more clear? In a just world, Hillary would've been swinging from a tree decades ago. In a just world, you would never be deprived of any Constitutional rights unless you are presenting an immediate danger (like you're about to stab someone- your rights SHOULDN'T apply then). 2A doesn't say "Right to bear arms unless you're a felon". 2A was worded extremely carefully, took hundreds of man hours of debating over where to place a comma so that future generations wouldn't fuck it up.
They made it perfectly, but that doesn't matter when our fucking rulers flat out ignore the Constitution as being the supreme law of the land. Going by the Constitution, any individual who is in a position of power in the USA and does not abide by the Constitution is committing TREASON, punishable by hanging.
