In 2007, Miller was arrested and charged with possession of drugs and intent to sell. He served 180 days in prison and 4 years of probation. -Wikipedia

Sounds like he may have plead guilty to a felony in exchange for a lighter jail sentence, but since he plead guilty he is still a convicted felon.
