Idk what it was, but it seems a while back he was convicted of a felony. Then he started doing his streaming, became internet famous with the "alt-right", and posted/streamed videos and photos of himself in possession of said firearms. A glownigger or some faggot commie reported this to their local police, and a judge quickly signs a warrant for his arrest and a search. And it turns out that he had all kinds of illegal shit going on.

In a just world, you would never be deprived of any Constitutional rights unless you are presenting an immediate danger (like you're about to stab someone- your rights SHOULDN'T apply then). 2A doesn't say "Right to bear arms unless you're a felon". 2A was worded extremely carefully, took hundreds of man hours of debating over where to place a comma so that future generations wouldn't fuck it up.

He's still got a right to bail. Judge specifically said he's denying bail because the suspect exercised his 1st amendment rights, along with the 2nd amendment rights he lost. Sucks that he gave them an excuse, but he's still being treated unfairly.
The story we were told about the problem being him taking a gun rights class years back does sound like bullshit though. it does make you wonder why they sort of backdated the weapons charge, however.
