Yes this is a serious grievance for many people. But as it stands no one is currently organized enough to dissuade the enemy from performing those crimes. Not economically. Not even politically. Not socially. Or in any other manner.
I hate to be the one that has to tell you this: For now you'll have to grit your teeth and bear it. And thats the best advice I can give you.
