IMO - nope. As I read it, this was a 'superseding' charge which, I think, means the other charge(s) is moot.
From what I've read, the government does NOT want this case prosecuted. Too much 'bad stuff' (Deep State) and too many 'good people' (again, Deep State) would be revealed against the gov't and they do not want that to happen.
