As if he hasn't been shown enough mercy- HE STABBED HIS MOTHER 4 TIMES IN 2002, LEADING TO HER DEATH. HE PLEAD GUILTY TO SECOND DEGREE MURDER AND WAS SENTENCED TO 15 YEARS-TO-LIFE.

I guess the "to-life" part is supposed to be for like... first time offenders. Say, a guy gets into a drunken barfight and ends up accidentally killing or maiming someone- that guy needs to be punished, that's when it seems like a "to life, possibility of parole" seems appropriate: if you're not a documented menace to society already.

But this nigger has a rap sheet longer than Santa's naughty list. And then he stabbed his mom to death. And then he was given not a second chance- a 23rd chance. AND HE USED THAT NEW CHANCE AT LIFE TO TRY TO KILL ANOTHER WOMAN.

Our justice system is so irrevocably broken. Most of these thugs who get killed by cops should have been still in prison serving their sentences. For example, that nigger who got blasted after stealing the taser- the one that kicked off the Kenosha riots- he was 27 years old. But he had been charged, convicted, and sentenced to a total of 31 years for the various crimes he'd committed in his short life. If he was sentenced to 31 years and he is only 27 years old, WHY WAS HE OUT OF PRISON ON THE NIGHT HE DECIDED TO GET DRUNK, DRIVE TO WENDY'S, PASS OUT, AND THEN HAVE A LIFE-DEATH STRUGGLE WITH THE POLICE?!

The solution: Judges need to start being held accountable. Right now, they are untouchable, but they should bear some of the responsibility for when shit like this happens. Some judge actually had to read about this nigger's criminal history, see all the graphic details about how HE MURDERED HIS MOTHER, and then that judge says "Eh, looks good to me, let him go". THAT JUDGE HAS BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS.
