It's permissive when it comes to degeneracy but they are against anything authoritarian and would promote White racial pride. They have set up a society with their propaganda machine known as the mass media where if you do say bad words that the normies will go after you. Whites are more authoritarian than other groups that is why we want order and create civilization. The jews know this and they hate it.
