Right. I mean, not that the Constitution matters anymore, especially in California (may they all be nuked from existence), but forcing kids to pray to a dead god is a pretty cut and dry infringement on religious liberty/1A. Easy case just 10 years ago, but now? I don't have near the confidence I should.
