That's what they did in SA, Apartheid, you know. Whites in those days knew that niggers weren't yet ready to be part of civilization, that they still had a long way to go to reach the same level as whites. And therefore a separate living space had to be created for each of the races. Since this was canceled, because of 'human rights' (lol), you can safely say that SA has become a shithole.
