Stevens spouting off that because it was not specifically enumerated unlike Vermont's and Pennsylvania's declaration of rights, it shouldn't be allowed. Then Stevens assertation that "there simply is no untouchable constitutional right guaranteed by the Second Amendment to keep loaded handguns in the house in crime-ridden urban areas" is just ludicrous.
