Americans gaining weight, quickly

fta

According to the new APA survey, 2 in 5 of the 3,000 adults surveyed gained more weight than they intended over the last year, at an average of 29 pounds per person. Ten percent said they gained more than 50 pounds.

50 pounds?!?!?! God damn.

That amount is sickening. I put on around 20 after the gyms closed here, because I was previously working out every morning and my home at the time didn't have enough space or property for decent exercise. My fiance and I found a gym that doesn't require masks and signed up. Already got my cardio back to where it was, and I'm hitting personal bests on machine weights. Just a matter of burning off the extra baggage I've accumulated, and I'm back where I want to be.

Taking a short break probably helped you fully recover your body from the gym work before it. Good for you to break records!

I gained about 30 pounds but it was because I had started working out and my appetite went way up then all of a sudden the gym shuts down and but I’m still hungry. I’m almost back to where I was though

I was staying the same and then my wife got a lung cancer diagnosis and my diet has been shit since September. I'm up 20 something since then and trying to break a cookie habit.

How much of that 30 pounds went to your dick?
