No shit.... . The call went from the Oval Office in Washington D.C. to Houston, where it was routed into space via Mission Control, through the capsule communicator. Now you only have to convert it to a usable signal and then send it. The moon is traveling at 2,288 MPH now sync it up with technology that is 51 years old. Amazing.
