Exactly. They will spend it quickly. They generally lack foresight to invest and save. That money will be back in the economy before you know it. The local stores in the area may see a temporary boost. When they do you'll see news stories about how much this is helping the community etc. Then when it runs out it will be back to normal shithole status and they'll wonder what happened. Then they'll try it again but with more.
