Fucking with someone's home or mode of transportation should be a death sentence. Any crime with an actual victim should net the death sentence but playing games with another man's castle and mobility even more so.
Tool thieves should rank near the bottom of that list too.

Bottom of the barrel, top of the list. Edited down a longer comment and flipped it. But yeah, interfering with one's ability to pursue a livelihood should earn them the gibbet.
Also, one could argue that shuttering small businesses with a pretend epidemic is interfering with it.
Thieves in general (unless someone is starving / trying to feed a child and takes food, in which case I'd just feed them anyways) should be executed.
Jamestown succeeded in part because they executed food thieves.
