You didn't even need to believe in conspiracies to see this one coming. Just basic science (viral mutations in airborne diseases) and basic economics (profit motive with zero liability) were needed see where this was headed. It was much more of a conspiracy theory to believe this wasn't the end game all along.
True, this was obvious. But OP has a deeper (I know you know, just agreeing with everyone) point about how the conspiracy theorists are not only being right ... but grounded in reality.
