"charged as juveniles" What a bunch of bullshit. Even they charge them to the full extent of the law, they won't have murder on their public records after they turn 18. I did some silly shit when I was 16, no one was hurt or ever in danger, charged as an adult and marked for life as a felon. These animals lit a man on fire so bad he died hours later and they get kids court, that's Jew York for ya
