Well yeah, but that's my point. Since not all poor groups do it, but some do, it's clearly not money that is the factor here. It's at least cultural (which is hard to change), and probably genetic. Poor whites and poor asians don't do this. Poor and rich blacks do, and poor muslims (Arabs, Pakis, & Somalis) do while rich muslims hide their trafficking better.
