It’s a simple explanation. Some bitchy female lieutenant who has no experience beyond her college indoctrination course, or a cranky female sergeant with three kids from three different dads is sitting in the PA role at whatever the fuck unit this is. She had access to the Twitter account and said something idiotic. But her commander can’t fire her (although he may have tried in the past) and can’t tell everyone it’s just the opinion of the bitchy lieutenant who nobody likes.
