1 Kroger 20 miles away from me is closing BUT their pharmacy will stay open. Kroger is right beside the projects. So their IRL loss leaders were groceries. Their groceries were being stolen day in and day out. No more food for the projects, but their pharmacy stays (controlled environment) open. Take from this comment what you will. 10 other Krogers in this County, none are closing and/or removing services.
I have a friend that bought an old boarding house, fixed it up and moved in so it's fucking beautiful. He owns several buildings in the neighborhood but unfortunately the city built two blocks of projects down the street from him. It's lowered his property values but he calls the police on the nigs constantly.
It was also where I almost murdered a fucking nigger stalking me. A cop just happened to come around the corner when I was just about to brain him with an iron baton. That's one you don't hear much about? How many times has a cop saved some worthless niggers life? I bet it's more than they've killed in self defense
Is it a loss leader if they never spend money on something else? Then it's just a loss.
If you let them come in and steal some cough medicine one day they might come back an buy some beef tenderloin another day. It's about building relationships.
