Actually the way it works is super easy, but very deceptive. First you hire nigger sheboons. You give them an over inflated salary of 250,000 for doing close to nothing, or nothing at all. Then you compare this 250K salary to their old salary and "correct" for extraneous issues, remove welfare and there you have it. This person went from making 25,000/yr to 250,000/yr, a net 225,000 increase in yearly earnings! Not the exact numbers based off the report, but this is essentially how they can claim such bullshit measures.
But isn't GDP a representation of produced goods and services.
What goods or services are a million niggers going to produce worth 450 billion. Is this next to nothing service being valued at that much money?

What's the GDP of a country that sits home all year in quarantine but then creates money to pay those people for doing nothing so they pump up asset prices thereby "creating wealth"?

The money doesn't just vanish. She'll go on to buy a bunch of shit that does show up as influencing the GDP. This is more or less how post-industrial socities work nowadays. The Military Industrial Complex is a huge example of this.
