Absolutely. Biden is past his prime but still garnered name recognition. He was the name everyone knew. He was the safe bet to make normies feel comfortable, safe and taken care of. Harris was the ruthless bulldog vp that every vp needs to be but she is anti White and will push an agenda that's highly radical and her husband is a jew. She is licking her lips knowing Biden has little time left in his clock and when he turns up his toes she will run the show.
