I think it will only be a replacement by proxy for 2 years. After 2 years, then a full replacement can be formalized. If the abbreviated, fill-in term is less than 2 years, then President Harris will still be electable for 2 full terms. If the fill-in term is greater than 2 years, then it counts as the first eligible term and she can only be elected once more.
Good point, they have to keep pumping Joe with drugs for 2 years to give Harris a chance at a 10 year term. However getting Harris above the 2% of Democrats who voted for her in the primaries will be a monumental task considering how unlikable and phony she is. More likely they will try to get Newsome elected if he survives his recall later this year.

Absolutely. Biden is past his prime but still garnered name recognition. He was the name everyone knew. He was the safe bet to make normies feel comfortable, safe and taken care of.
