I can understand some of the Europeans hatred for America. The U.S. (Israel) military destroys middle east countries and then the EU leaders open the door to millions of angry muslims who rape and kill the European people. However, you have countries like France and the UK who alongside Americans helping bomb muslim countries.

France was famously flamed by the American media when they were found to have helped out Saddam, even going so far as to arm his military.
If France had made a case to the world that Saddam and Iraq did not need to be taken out, countering the Bush/Hillary globalist agitprop, then perhaps public opinion could have saved Saddam.
...I hope that our pols remember how they denied Saddam's request for a dignified death and instead insisted upon hanging him with a rope that was not equipped for the job, bungling the execution bigly.
I remember seeing the execution video of saddam. How did they bungle the hanging though? It looked like he was dead after he dropped.
