They can probably create specialized proteins that signal your system to turn into a colossal faggot (not kidding). When you consider that the entirety of our body is a product of protein-based structures, the potential to create any kind of protein capable of doing anything is infinite.

Hell, if they wanted to have the population killed in an instant, what is to stop them from producing an infectious protein in the body? Also known as prions. We do not know how they come about, what we do know is prions are a death sentence.

Old news. Everyone should have known this the day they announced mRNA vaccines. At this point it's pointless to point this out because everyone has already made up their minds whether or not they will get the jab. Poal seems to be an echo chamber for weeks old news. All to a group of people that most likely already know what they are about to read because it was already posted somewhere days/weeks prior.
