Jews put themselves into "council" positions (they figure out where they can maximize their impact (moving) and then once elected they change and call for change from within. Their fellow jews also drum up "noise" in the cities they're in , to ensure that they can change things as quickly as possible. While the locals are busy working for jew owners (longer hours) that means they're away from their kids...which pushes those kids into vulnerable positions (education/ after school programs..etc). This is the plan. They put themselves into the larger cities first (it's easier as more niggers/cucks/jews are already there and ready to be used) and then , like cancer, these "ideas" get pushed onto the smaller surrounding suburbs.
