Every major city is a huge shithole. Even in "red" states like Texas.
The common problem/denominator is the same. Niggers. The larger the city (population) the larger the problem.

From the dozen or so times I've visited Ft.Worth/Dallas area, it's very much niggerfied. Although there seem to be an equal amount of mexiniggers there as well.
I would imagine that the oil wealth (cough Bush's cough) are in parts that aren't accessible by common people. The thing about the wealthy (everywhere but D.C.) in the US is they hide their wealth (for the most part) unless they're on the water (yachts) or with their friends (their own neighborhoods / country clubs).
Showing off wealth any other place instantly makes you a target.

Jews put themselves into "council" positions (they figure out where they can maximize their impact (moving) and then once elected they change and call for change from within. Their fellow jews also drum up "noise" in the cities they're in , to ensure that they can change things as quickly as possible.
While the locals are busy working for jew owners (longer hours) that means they're away from their kids...which pushes those kids into vulnerable positions (education/ after school programs..etc). This is the plan.
They put themselves into the larger cities first (it's easier as more niggers/cucks/jews are already there and ready to be used) and then , like cancer, these "ideas" get pushed onto the smaller surrounding suburbs.
