From the dozen or so times I've visited Ft.Worth/Dallas area, it's very much niggerfied. Although there seem to be an equal amount of mexiniggers there as well.
I would imagine that the oil wealth (cough Bush's cough) are in parts that aren't accessible by common people. The thing about the wealthy (everywhere but D.C.) in the US is they hide their wealth (for the most part) unless they're on the water (yachts) or with their friends (their own neighborhoods / country clubs).
Showing off wealth any other place instantly makes you a target.
LOL those are two of the worst. Houston's last mayor was a lesbian and the current one is a black democrat, just to give you an idea of the shitlib politics. In Dallas a black mini-mob of snipers shot 12 cops, killing 5, because they wanted to kill wypipo. Police killed one of them with a bomb attached to a bomb robot.
