We have a pretty high death rate in Ireland from it and vitamin D deficiency is just a fact of life here for obvious reasons. Maybe that’s one of our driving factors, and would also help to explain why our death rates fell significantly last summer.

If you take a D3 supplement it's important to take K2 with it. K2 tells the vitamin D where to go to be used rather than just floating around. It will help your levels go up. Pass it on.

I take Vitamin D supplements using cod liver oil capsules, and I have a full spectrum lamp that I use.

There was a long discussion in the 3rd Reich if nudity and naturalism are degenerated, immoral or needed for a healthy Volkskörper - the nudists have won the discussion, until today - we call it Freikörperkultur, free body culture.

The study is about giving vitamin when people get sick. Because it takes some time until the vitamin level goes up, giving it as precaution would bring down the death rate down even more.
