You know that warning about how an all-digital future means you don't truly own anything anymore? You didn't think it was going to stop there, did you?

>Following Dr. Seuss Enterprises' recent decision to discontinue publishing and licensing on six of the famous children's author's books because of problematic content, demand for the titles in question spiked. But even though the resale market for the controversial Seuss books has been strong, eBay has started to remove listings for the titles, citing its policy on offensive material.

Yes, that's right. The heavy hand of censorship has come to eBay. If someone declares something offensive somewhere, it's contraband everywhere.

>In its email on Thursday, eBay included the fine print of its policy. One portion of the message, which gives an overview of the policy, reads, "Items, including figurines, cartoons, housewares, historical advertisements, and golliwogs with racist, anti-Semitic, or otherwise demeaning portrayals, for example through caricatures or other exaggerated features." Mulberry Street contains a drawing of a Chinese boy that has been criticized as racist.

The anonymous eBay users who had their listings removed bring up the best point - at what point are stories like Huckleberry Finn and To Kill A Mockingbird next?

America is waking up to the bullshit.

Happily closed my account long ago. (I won't use Paypal - they are anti-civil rights, like Levi's, Dicks, etc. Fuck them and eBay.)

You run out of words to describe the fuckin' stupidity that has gripped this nation.

Excellent! More reasons to avoid that bullshit site!

As if the double billing they do between the final seller fee and Paypal wasn't enough.

...among other things!

But yeah. Fuck them right in the eyesocket.

Internet will be banned in 10 years I promise

This is so clearly coordinated and effectively. My company can not coordinate between departments as fast as Dr. Seuss gets canceled.

  • there is a point of control where orders are issued.

  • there is a high quality network to facilitate communication

  • the participants monitor the network and act very quickly

Is this organization large enough to effect a revolution? Have they already done it?

It’s the kikes. They’ve always operated like this. It’s how they take over host nations.

i havent used ebay in fifteen years, how is it still around?

By being the only game in town. Most other auction places collapsed or are so niche as to be unremarkable.

They banned sales of Aunt Jemima pancake syrup as well.

People still use eBay?

It wasn’t “offensive” until someone complained.

These woke corporate niggers aren’t fooling anyone.
