new york city department of health has good documents buried further and further on their website of age disparity crossreferenced to preexisting condition being treated or not yet being treated and it goes to show death certs are being culled.
e, because you see like 1 person between 0-17 who died from it while 1000's of cases are in normal death ages and like only a single digit percentage was healthy with no preexisting condition. for different race demographics id expect it to be the same case: normal death rate disparity.
