I'm kinda grateful for jacked up real estate prices. My $100k investment 7 years ago is worth $250k now. my savings isn't making shit. being on the wrong end of -$$ sucks for all of us. but being on the +$$ side feels justified. You will someday be on the +$$ , wait for it .

And the PCR (bullshit) testing amplification cycles were reduced from 40 cycles to 20 about a month ago. WOW MAGIC - Lower cases! (because they essentially cut the testing method in half)
