Most Cops are straight out of the military many spent 4 years or more, they Dont understand Civilian life, they simply dont understand Civilian Life, this is why many cops have no emotion or seem to lack empathy, they have emotions, they just dont know how to communicate With Civilians. They Simply Dont know they just dont. understand Civilians The Black Guy showed allot of Empathy, He just felt helpless because he wasn't equiped nor trained or schooled to save that woman. He kept repeating he doesn't know where he shot her. he was absolutely lost is life destroyed his family has lost him and the woman Is gone to her Family, He was absolutely Panicked.
