That’s what I did this morning. I bought some kind of work out supplement. Idk what it is. But it says it may be illegal in some athletic completions. It also advises you cycle off of it. I took it for the first time today. Jesus Christ i was so jacked. Not only did I go up on all the lifts I was doing. My reps went up with the extra weight.
