I'm strictly coffee while warming up, coffee mixed with gatorade about halfway, water for the rest of the workout to bring me back down.
I’m experimenting with this stuff I got now but back when I was big a few years ago I used to take adderal before I went to the gym and smoke weed in the parking lot. Good sessions. Being high makes it so much better. Feel it all. I need to do more research on this stuff I’m taking though cause idk shit about it and it sounds like steroids
I've never done either, used too put whiskey in my water bottle to go to the gym to get a start on my post-gym Friday activities when I was younger, but that was more of a young and dumb thing.
Fuck that. I got derailed for a month a few months ago because I decided I would have a few glasses of whiskey. It turned into a month long bender
