Can we blame women? It's entirely the fault of western men for enabling women to behave like this. If the judge really man up, and fines the firm, and ordered them to hire more male workers, the problem will be solved, but since judges, and politicians are pansies, women take advantage of it. This would barely happens in developing and Islamic countries. At least now stop enabling these toxic women to continue their behaviour.

You are violating the modern concept of human rights by denying women any opportunity to engage in behavior that wise people understand will be damaging to society. This is the fault of a system of institutions that is removed from common sense, this is not the fault of individual men who are themselves subject to this system and powerless to stop or reverse it.

Women don't want to be leaders. They are pushed to be leaders as globalists (who are most likely to be Jewish, and white men) can easily control them.
Globalists are absolutely pushing for women in leadership roles because they can be used as pawns, but that doesn't negate the fact that many delusional women desire power and are ignorant of their own incompetence, and wholeheartedly believe they should be leaders.
