I can attest to this. Many companies are focusing on DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion). They are obsessed with bringing in niggers, making them feel wanted and of course "equity" whatever the fuck that means other than a cute term for communism. It's a growing job role that's for sure. Corporations are in lockstep with communist ideology either through fear, blind stupidity or malicious anti White intent.
Equity means "We're going to pay you a lower base and lower commissions compared to everyone else, white man."
BUT. If they can eliminate the white man then they can exterminate everything else. Why you whitey holding up progress?
If enough people knew what it really meant they would work double time to usher it further into reality.

For every survey I fill out after these diversity town halls, I ask why we are only focusing on our black colleagues and not Asian, Hispanic, or Indian. If they are going to push diversity, be an ally for the other races.
Hmm probably to shut niggers up and appease them due to "muh racism", "muh slavery" , "muh race card." Companies are scared shitless of being called "racist" you have no idea. I have seen companies personally bend over backwards for angry niggers pulling the race card on them.
They want access to a global labor market to keep our wages down and know non-white employees won't stick around if they work with white people who generally don't want to be friends with them.
Well there's that too.
