Ever been to ChinaTown in Vancouver? We were there (part of a LONG cruise) in May 2019 and it was F I L T H Y. What a dirty freaking (part) city. Most of the rest of downtown Vancouver was nothing to write home about but at least it was mostly clean.
We did Victoria the day before and it was a gorgeous city - including ChinaTown.
I would not return to Vancouver!
