I don’t own any of the multiple warehouses l serviced. I was privy to the going on behind the scenes. It boils down to the work being repetitive and menial. You aren’t gonna find an intelligent person who will sit on an assembly line and push a button to operate a line machine. So you are left with the burn outs and druggies. It’s more financially practical on paper to have a dial a body service fill these positions since it is such high turn over. My point is with that model you get what you pay for.
