China hasn't pledged to reduce anything and the Paris agreement not only doesn't require them to, but gives them money so they have an incentive to maybe possible reduce at some point in the future.

Whether you believe in global warming, cooling, or just climate change, burning coal is dirty and everything china burns drifts right over the Pacific to North America.

It’s more of a Cabal scam. The US consumers pay the Cabal slush fund billions for carbon credits. Certain countries are exempt because it’s all about wealth transfer to the officers of the Cabal. CO2 is plant food and very good for the planet. My gripe with the Chinese is all the deadly pollutants they spew into the atmosphere. I’m all for modern coal (pollutant scrubbing) electrical plants. That should have been the goal of the climate treaty.
