Block the programming / break the programming before it even comes up. Ask out-of-the-blue harmless questions to random people, say, while standing in the grocery line. "is it hateful to legitimately criticize another group?" (most will say no/it depends). "is any nation at all immune to criticism?" (most will give some variation of "well that depends." but if you pin them down they'll ultimately say no). "is it wrong to point out something bad about someone or a group just because its negative?" (50/50 will answer no/yes) "is it wrong just to point out something thats true if it upsets someone?" (most will answer 'no') On the first question if they answer "no, but maybe if like the person is black/minority/etc then yeah that might be racist." You can respond with "what if its true?" if they've already committed to it being racist they'll sometimes respond with "yeah that still racist", but sometimes they also respond with "not And boom, you've laid the psychological trap for fucking up all sorts of indoctrination attempts in their future.
