"is it wrong to point out something bad about someone or a group just because its negative?" (50/50 will answer no/yes)
"is it wrong just to point out something thats true if it upsets someone?" (most will answer 'no')
On the first question if they answer "no, but maybe if like the person is black/minority/etc then yeah that might be racist."
You can respond with "what if its true?"
if they've already committed to it being racist they'll sometimes respond with "yeah that still racist", but sometimes they also respond with "not And boom, you've laid the psychological trap for fucking up all sorts of indoctrination attempts in their future.
