Goddamn, if that steak were in the meat-counter of a grocery store, it'd be marked 50%-off for quick-sale 'cause that bitch be botta go bad. It's more "fat" than "meat", and the "muscle fibers" look all wrong. Honestly, the whole thing look like someone ripped off an infected scab and put it on a tiny cutting board. Disgusting.
